Modifying contents of an existing photo album

The system allows you to upload additional images to an existing album or remove images from the album.

Steps to upload new images to an existing album

Log in to your site as an administrator
Click on the Custom Application tab on the main site configuration screen.
Click Photo Album
Click View or modify existing albums
Existing albums on your website are then displayed.
Click the Modify link next to the album name you wish to change
Click Upload additional images to this album
Click the Browse button to locate the .ZIP file containing images. You can only upload .JPG, .GIF or .PNG files
Finally click the Attach button

Steps to delete images from an existing album

Log in to your site as an administrator
Click on the Custom Application tab on the main site configuration screen.
Click Photo Album
Click View or modify existing albums
Existing albums on your website are then displayed.
Click the Modify link next to the album name you wish to change
Click Delete images from this album
The following page displays images currently available for this album.
To delete any image, simply click it once.
