How to create a zip file on a Windows machine

1. Using Windows Explorer locate the folder containing the files you want to zip.
2. Highlight the desired files, click the right mouse button and select "Send To" and "Compressed (zipped) Folder" from the popup menu
   
   
   
   
   
3. This will create a .zip file in the same directory.
