Creating a knowledge base article is no different then creating any other page, with one exception. You must select KnowledgeBase as the page category.
Benefits of using Knowledge Base
Pages associated with knowledge base have the following properties.- They contain document information such as creation date and last modification date
- Allow users on the Internet to post comments regarding the article
- Pages belonging to knowledge base can be grouped together by displaying their links on one single page. The URL for that page is /KnowledgeBase.htm
